THIS FACILITY IS OT HELPFUL AT ALL. THEY TELL THEIR CLIENTS THEY ARE PAYING MORE MONEY OUT FOR THEIR EDUCATION WHEN ALL THE D.O.R. PAYS, FOR ARE THEIR CLIENTS BOOKS, FOR COLLEGE CLASSES. D.O.R. DOES NOT GIVE YOU MONEY TO LIVE ON. D.O.R. DOES NOT HELP YOU WITH FINDING EMPLOYMENT.
