I work a night shift and pretty much sleep during the day. I have a neighbor that uses your services every morning at 8 am, when she is not out there by her pick up time YOUR annoying driver will HONK. If this lady isn't out there on time that means she doesn't really need your services!! You all should have a rule of just driving away if they can't be ready on time!! By the way this lady doesn't look like she has ANY disability at all!!! Number TWO that annoying BEEPING noise your vehicles make is just that ANNOYING and LOUD!! Your'e driver, if worthy of driving, doesn't need to back up therefore, that noise shouldn't go off! Again, that's only if he knows what he's doing. Your'e services might help but you all are not very considerate of others that don't use your services!!

I used this service for a couple of years for transportation to needed dialysis treatments. Everything seemed to be going fine except when they had trouble keeping drivers. Then one day after dialysis I was very tired (a normal reaction after dialysis) and actually fell asleep before I could get outside to their bus. Because of this the driver decided that she wouldn't drive me anymore. The company backed her up. So instead of firing the driver for refusing to service an elderly and disabled person they fired me, the elderly, disabled passenger.
