We are a non-profit developer of single family homes and multi-family properties. We offer Affordable Housing Assistance and Mutual self help program where families construct their home in place of a down payment. CVHC utilizes more than 15 community partners to facilitate a wide variety of program throughout its communities. Services/Programs are as follows: 8 Early Childhood Centers, 11 After School Kids Clubs, 6 Stem Robotics programs, ballet instruction, Mariachi Music instruction, Summer Youth Tennis Program, Wellness for Seniors and ESL Program.
