The Multipurpose Senior Services Program (MSSP) addresses the needs of frail, elderly individuals who can and want to live more independently but need extra support. We help create safer, healthier at-home living environments for frail seniors. There are many resources and services available to support housing, medical and social needs. The biggest challenge is identifying and coordinating them and that's where MSSP comes in. Contra Costa County's Linkages Program is a community-based program that enhances the quality of life and promotes the independence of adults and frail elderly people with special needs. Our ultimate goal is to create solutions that accommodate the day-to-day lifestyle needs of our clients by making living at home as healthy and safe as possible.
