ELDERLINK SENIOR REFERRAL SERVICE

ELDERLINK, is a free service to the public and is licensed by the Department of Health Services. ELDERLINK is staffed with Licensed Administrators and a Gerontologist; ELDERLINK serves all of California. ELDERLINK will provide an appropriate list of facilities based on each individuals needs, including senior housing, assisted living, board and care, and Nursing Homes. The agency does not refer to apartments or low income housing, HUD or Section 8. Staff are trained to assess the callers needs and to refer them to the most appropriate and cost effective care. Callers investigate facilities and may call back for additional referrals. All facilities are inspected and evaluated before being added to their referral list.

I was beyond frustrated trying to find a place for my mother I called this agency and they were amazing after interviewing me regarding my mother they gave me a list of facilities and I was able to find the perfect one for her.
