99 bed, Skilled Nursing facility. Will accept Medicare, Medical, Private Insurance & HMO's. We provide hospice care for the terminally ill through the community Hospice group. All kinds of residents may be placed here; Terminally ill, rehab, long term. Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy 7 days a week; Skilled services such as I.V.'s. Trach., Vent., T.P.N.'s, specialty services such as hospice. Services: Daily Housekeeping and Laundry, Restorative Nursing, Social Services, Religious services, Barber/beauty shop, Dentistry, Ophthalmology, Optometry, Diagnostic X-Ray, Rehabilitation Therapies, Respiratory and Psychiatry.
