HICAP which is an acronym for Health Insurance Counseling and Advocacy Program is a free service at the Center that provides assistance with Medicare and other health insurance. They offer objective information to help seniors and other people in Medicare make good decisions about their health care coverage. They hold appointments on the 2nd and 4th Friday of each month starting at 9:00am. Please call HICAP to make an appointment.
