Information & Assistance - Provides information and assistance to seniors, family members, and agencies regarding the wide array of needed resources in Fresno and Madera Counties. Provides training and technical assistance to Senior Center staff. Case Management - Enables functionally-impaired older persons to obtain services which promote and maintain optimum level of functioning in the least restrictive setting. Homemaker (In-Home Services) - Housekeeping services provided to frail seniors in order to maintain them safely in their home environment. Includes vacuuming, dusting, mopping, laundry, dishes, meal preparation, yard work, and sometimes transportation and grocery shopping. Transportation - Escort transportation from home to appointments is provided in Chowchilla and Madera; meal site transportation is provided throughout Fresno County and the City of Fresno.
