Habitat for Humanity Riverside has programs designed to promote affordable and safe homeownership. Habitat Riverside's A Brush of Kindness (ABWK) Program assists low-income homeowners with minor exterior home repairs, while our Critical Home Repair Program allows our organization to assist with more serious home repair needs. Habitat Riverside builds homes for low-income families and facilitates affordable mortgage loans for the homes we build. Through required Sweat Equity and Homeowner Education Courses, Habitat Riverside partners with the selected families to prepare them for successful homeownership.
