I went by this property on 8-14-12. Air conditioning was not operative in office and seemed not to be in some of the apartments. The conditions seemed very poor, pool and jacuzzi were significantly green with algae. The office manager was not available so the handyman and his wife seemed to be watching the office. The apartment they showed me was a studio which was nearly ready to rent. It was sufficient.
