ADHS is a health model, which is covered by insurance and includes, nursing care, clinical social workers, physical therapy, occupational therapy, group activities, cognitive stimulation, lunch and snacks, music therapy, etc. ADC is a social model and is covered by customers(out of pocket). Provides same services accept that which is more medical, like nurse care or clinical social work. Transportation can be arranged through Omni Trans or RTA.
