Eligible participants include HIV positive inmates and parolees. Confidential services are provided to HIV positive inmates and parolees on behalf of the Parole and Community Services Division of the CA Department of Corrections. TCMP offers pre and post release assistance to inmates and parolees including goods, clothing and bus tickets.
