California Work Opportunity and Responsibility for Kids (CalWORKs) Temporary Assistance is financial help for needy families that have lost their income, or had their income reduced. The CalWORKs Temporary Assistance program is designed to help families through their hardship period until they can become self-sufficient. The CalWORKs/GAIN program is Riverside County's Welfare-to-Work Program. GAIN stands for Greater Avenues for Independence. GAIN assists participants with their entry of reentry to the workforce so they can work their way back to self-sufficiency and leave temporary assistance.

This place treats people like they are animals the woman who works at the front desk is by far the rudest customer service representative I have ever met in my entire life this woman needs to lose her job people who come in here come in here looking for help not to come in here to be put down or disgraced or insulted just because this woman wants to make you feel like you’re an inconvenience to her this is absolutely ridiculous the government needs to check up on this office this is a joke
