One,I never received any court paperwork or paperwork with any explanation as to what I'm charged with or any official court date set. Two Does the DA support the complaint process with the sheriff as they will not provide a complaint form for citizens unless a person explains there complaint prior to receiving the complaint form. State laws says complaint forms must be available to the public without having to explain a complaint to the dept. prior to filing a complaint on the same department. Some matters of complaints are litigation in which discussion is not an option. This is a violation of civil due process for all Riverside citizens and those who have a right to express there issues without discussion as long as it is a valid complaint
