RIVERSIDE COUNTY SUBSTANCE ABUSE TREATMENT PROGRAM: INDIO NARCOTIC TREATMENT PROGRAM

Designed to help opiate dependent persons achieve a drugfree lifestyle, the Narcotic Treatment Program provides counseling with an emphasis on recovery education and life skills. Medically supervised, clients receive a prescribed narcotic replacement dose from a nurse. Clients are regularly examined by a physician and randomly tested for drug use. Services provided are in compliance with Title 9, Chapter 4, beginning with Section 10000.
