Online you can do the following: Figure your retirement, disability, or survivors benefits. Apply for retirement, disability, or spouse's benefits. Apply for help with Medicare prescription drug costs. Request a Social Security Statement. Request a replacement Medicare Card. Request a replacement Social Security Benefit Statement (Form SSA-1099/1042S for taxes). Request a Benefit Verification Letter (also called "proof of income," "budget," "Benefits," or "proof of award" letter. Find Social Security forms. Find Social Security publications. Find other government websites by going to Firstgov, your link to all government sites. Find the Social Security office nearest you. If you get or recently applied for benefits, you can change your address or telephone number in our records. If you get or recently applied for benefits AND you have a password, you can also...check you Social Security benefits. Have your Social Security benefits sent directly to your bank or change your direct deposit. Or, you can call our 800 number and do the following: Request an application for a replacement Social Security card (We will send you a Social Security Form SS-5, Application for a Social Security Card.) Correct the name on your Social Security record (You may need to mail or bring proof of your identity or other documentation to your local office.) Have your Social Security benefits sent directly to your bank. Discuss the rules for getting Social Security benefits. Ask questions about your check or report a missing check. Report a death. Discuss the amount of your overpayment. Set up a plan for paying your overpayment. Ask to repay your overpayment in installments. Ask us to waive your overpayment. Discuss Representative Payee situations. Request an appointment at a Social Security office near you. Get phone numbers for other government agencies.

In addition to not answering their phone, their FAX machine doesn’t accept FAXes either.

They owe me money & they say I owed them the same amount the year prior for the exact same months they owe me for.. Untrue & refuse to pay me for and now its Nov.2023. Jan. 2023 inoffice represenative told me if I'v3 not recieved my owed money by May 1,2023 to call them & ask them why & where& when will I get payed for the back payments they SSI owes me.May,2023 to today still saying they do not owe me Never talking nor having appointments with the person you orig. had seen and or spoken with.. No one knows their job position and we the disabled person has to do their work for them and so when we go to our appo8ntmemt all the employee does is DATA ENTRY. SSI is the first to be ignored as well first to be taken away/held up/and changed so that all political parties stay and or become richer at our cost. SSI is broken and too much broken shit within SSI and no politcal party want to take the time to correct it and excusse too is not enough funds to pay the employees needing to have in
