Readjustment counseling is a wide range of psycho social services offered to eligible Veterans, Service members, and their families in the effort to make a successful transition from military to civilian life. They include: Individual and group counseling for Veterans Service members, and their families; Family counseling for military related issues; Bereavement counseling for families who experience an active duty death; Military sexual trauma counseling and referral; Outreach and education including PDHRA, community events, etc.; Substance abuse assessment and referral; Employment assessment and referral; VBA benefits explanation and referral; Screening and referral for medical issues including TBI, depression, etc.
  • HoursMon-Wed 8am-8:30pm, Thu 8am-5:30pm, Fri 8am-4:30pm
  • Specific Populations Served:Veterans
  • Fees:No fees for services at any readjustment counseling Vet Center.
  • Application Process:Orientation Mondays at 9:00am and Thursdays at 5:00pm. Walk ins welcomed
  • Documents Required:DD-214 Discharge documents, DD-1300 casualty report, or active duty id.
  • Eligibility Requirements:Services offered to Veterans who serve in a combat theater or hostile theater, MST, surviving family of casualty of war, UAV crew.
  • Payment/Insurance Accepted:Please contact provider for accepted forms of payment.
