What is TAP' TAP (Transportation Access Program) offers short term transportation assistance to qualifying agencies and the people they serve in the western Riverside County. TAP also provides referrals to participating agencies to receive emergency transportation. What agencies qualify for TAP' Churches, non-profits, schools, and Government agencies may call TAP at 1-(951) 686-4402 to qualify by phone. How does TAP assist agencies' TAP assists agencies with the transportation needs of their clients by providing: ' Free bus tickets to agencies for distributions to clients for urgent or emergency use. ' Information on available transportation. How does TAP assist individuals' The general public can call for information about existing transportation in their area. If you need temporary transportation TAP will assess your situation and may be able to refer you you an agency that can assist you. TAP, The Transportation Program, is sponsored by the Volunteer Center of Riverside County in collaboration with the Riverside County Transportation Commission.
