Complaint/Grievance Process

Consumers and their advocates have the right to file a grievance whenever they are displeased with the mental health services being provided by a contract provider or a county clinic. An appeal can be filed if the consumer disagrees with a decision made regarding the type or frequency of services being authorized.

Quality improvement addresses the grievances and appeals in order to ensure that services are provided in a safe, competent and beneficial manner to every mental health consumer. Click below to access forms/brochures to assist you through the process.
