The Drinking Driver Screening Program is designed to provide a referral to clients convicted of driving under the influence of alcohol and other drug substances. The program serves as a point of entry into a system of education and counseling for these individuals. The screening program monitors client progress, evaluates client participation, and suggests additional support services that may be needed or required.

My son spent the last two weeks calling to make an appointment. We were going to drive to the office on Tuesday, February 12th but at the last minute we called just one last time to see if someone would finally answer the phone. We found out that they were not in because it was a holiday (Lincoln's Birthday.) Today we tried to get someone over the phone. We both left separate messages and return phone numbers. Finally, we drove to the office just to make an appointment in person. It is a one hour 20 minute drive. When we entered, one man was being assisted so my son took a number and we sat and waited for ten minutes. Meanwhile, the woman at the front counter ignored us. Being the only two people in the waiting area seated directly across from her open window. She made no attempt to ask if we needed assistance. She spent the time chatting with two other employees. One other employee looked me straight in the eye and then spoke to her about us. She still did nothing to assi
