If you are speaking of Miss Phillips, I disagree. Perhaps you found her earnestness and direct manner offensive because she wasn't giving you the answer you were hoping for. Do your homework and try again... with a better attitude next time.

This agency, Jeannette in particular, is a Godsend. She went FAR above and beyond to rescue us when another state agency needed a form from this agency. Jeannette said she had faxed it 3x and even mailed it; but the other agency didn't have it. She took all steps, even those not expected or obligated, to ENSURE we got the form to hand deliver to that agency. Thank you for restoring our faith in government employees!!!

We are very pleased with our experience with VA rep Jeanette Phillips. She has been AMAZINGLY helpful to us with filing necessary paperwork properly & we got fast results! Thank you Jeanette! She's a busy lady... But well worth the wait!

Thank you Jeannette Phillips... You are so helpful and knowledgeable. Our family was at our wits end with how to get some care for grandpa. He is a WW2 vet and now is ill and has dementia. We really didn't know where to turn. I am so blessed that you are there for us. Thanks much again... Gertrude

The building staff were respectful, I agree, but the wait was incredibly long and the VA Rep. my husband and I talked to was very rude as well. I don't remember her name, but she would only speak to my husband and flat out ignored me. Like because he's the service-member, he's the only one who could answer her questions.

Although the staff in the building were helpful and respectful, the VA representative at this office was completely rude. She talked down to us and was completely unprofessional. At one point she rolled her eyes at us and snapped at my wife and I.
