Provide supportive programs and services to help people with Alzheimer's and their caregivers deal with the disease and its impact on their lives. In addition, we offer the following: A toll-free help line for information about the disease and local referrals Care consultations that help people navigate the disease at every stage Support groups for caregivers and others dealing with Alzheimer's or Dementia Educational Programs from Savvy Caregiver to Memory Club, as well as Early-Stage programs Educational Presentations for both public and professionals covering topics such as diagnosis, warning signs, communication, and healthy aging.
