Libby is the management for this property, she is nothing but uncivil, disrespectful, condescending. The property from the exterior looks quite the show. As claimed to be “low-income” housing, as management isn’t holding to that trying to charge three thousand plus a month. Most tours have been cancelled or rescheduled due to her ignorance and lack of experience. Her attitude is nothing but condescending, she’ll tell you one thing & do another. Her lack of knowledge / experience in the housing/ rental industry will bring these apartments to despair.
