CMRI's state wide toll free hotline assists Medicare patients who have questions or concerns about the quality of the medical care they have received in a hospital (inpatient or outpatient), skilled nursing facility, ambulatory surgery center, home health agency, or HMO. As the Medicare peer Review Organization (PRO). CMRI monitors the care provided to Medicare beneficiaries, including review of beneficiary initialed quality of medical care complaints. Health care consumer and patient rights written information & speakers bureau available.
