The Perris Clinic provides information and referral services, intake assessments, crisis intervention, psychiatric evaluations, psychiatric treatment, case management, dual diagnosis services, 5150 evaluations and short-term therapy to severely mentally ill adult and older adult citizens.

  • Application Process:Phone or walk in. All clients are screened to determine service needs. Clients who are eligible for services receive a mental health assessment, psychiatric evaluation, and ongoing services at the clinic.
  • Eligibility Requirements:Must be a resident of Riverside County. Must meet medical necessity criteria and be indigent or receive Medi-Cal.

I was a patient at this place and at the time the staff was awesome super helpful and encouraging I know I personally wouldn’t be here today if I hadn’t gone in and met the right people to help me through some big hurdles. I am super thankful for the help I received. However every where you go has a similar problem when management is hard to deal with the good employees get run down and leave a few are left but most are gone and things keep going down hill.

Horrible… Amy answered phone. I proceeded to explain my situation. She interrupted me and stated that she had to put me on hold that someone was there and that she is the only one there right now. I was on hold for 15 minutes then I hung up. This is mental health.? This is unacceptable! I am so disappointed.
