Outpatient Clinic services include: Assessment and evaluation services, medication services with ongoing medication support, specialized groups to prevent isolation and to support independent living, peer support, individual therapy, group therapy, counseling, psychological testing, family and caregiver consultation and support, and co-occurring substance abuse counseling.
