This place is terrible. Simply because it's office staff are terrible people that lie and never take care of anything that you have called on and asked to repair or replace. They sometimes even charge the renter to repair something even if it's not your fault. Also never rent a upstairs unit because no matter how quiet you are the way the construction on the building was done, to the people downstairs they hear every single little noise and then they complain and the upstairs tenant always is told they're too noisy!!! Not true it's due to poor construction.....
