In Morris, A Circle of Hope concert benefits suicide prevention

Jun. 2—MORRIS — Bantam musician Ann Marie Hennessey Charest will present a fundraising event at Morris Mountain Fitness Center, 16 Litchfield Road, 6-8 p.m.June 17.

Tickets are $20. Charest, who has a studio in Bantam, Love Music and Sound, plays Celtic harp, piano, guitar and drums.

The fundraiser will benefit the nonprofit Litchfield County Creating Hope Corp. (LCCH) with its programs including providing training for suicide-alert helpers, Operation Warrior, that partners Veterans with a horse visit and a licensed mental health professional in therapy, and giving scholarships to students pursuing their education in the mental health field.
