Reclining geriatric chair. The top of the back folds to the rear to facilitate attendant transfers, or the extension can be removed to convert the chair to a standard height back. Padded seat and back with vinyl upholstery. Adjustable headrest and removeable head wings. Adjustable seat depth: 14 to 19 inches. Overall width with casters 25 inches. Adjustable calf pad can be reversed to use as a knee pad. Adjustable height, flip back armsrests. Seat width 18 inches. Seat height 21 inches. Recline mechanism is operated by a bicycle brake handle on the back of the push bar. Model HR300 has four 5 inch casters. Maximum recline is 45 degrees from the floor or 30 degrees from the seat. Model HR400 has two rear 24 inch wheels with handrims for self propulsion. Accessories: side bolsters, adjustable height headrest, abduction wedge, lexan tray, IV pole.
