The Knock Sensor is a flashing light signal designed to indicate door knocking for individuals who are deaf or hard of hearing. The system attaches to the door with Velcro or with a door bracket (model KTS1) and is sensitive to vibrations. It signals when someone is knocking on the door by flashing a light that shuts off automatically after five seconds. The system has a two-position sensitivty setting and will not pick up outside sounds. Model 3240-L is designed to be used alone while model 3240-T is designed to be used with Silent Call Receivers (see separate entries). OPTIONS: Clip-on doorbell bracket. DIMENSIONS: measures 5 x 3 x 1.5 inches. POWER: Uses one 9-volt battery. (not included). WARRANTY: One year limited.
