Describes a device which converts a hand drill into a radial arm drill to allow the user to position and hold the tool. The device involves a constructed turntable with a screw jack system which allows the whole system to be elevated as required; drawer slides held together with a welded assembly to provide torque resistance; and a machine column to support and guide the carriage that holds the drill or hand tool which is secured in the holder by a worm gear clamp.
