Provides diagram guide for construction of the bottle holder which calls for four small (1/2 inch) suction cups, 5 inches of 1/4 inch doweling cut into 4 equal lengths, a 4 1/2 by 2 by 1/ 2 inch piece of hard wood, a large rubber band, finishing nails and wood glue.
