DO IT YOURSELF ENTRY --- PURPOSE: To enable individuals with arthritis or grasping disabilities to play cards. Included in a chapter entitled "Living Room & Leisure Activities," this article provides detailed instructions with illustrations for making a set of four playing card holders. The base is formed of 1 x 2 inch lumber and two pieces of molding are glued to the top with a slot in between to hold the cards.
