Off The Hook

Off the Hook is an emergency alert system designed for use in independent living and assisted living facilities. It is a retrofit system that connects to an existing phone system that already has a Knock the Phone Off the Hook feeature that notifies the front desk whenever a resident's phone is off the hook. The system includes a wireless necklace pendant that is worn by each resident. In case of an emergency, activating the pendant button takes the resident's phone off the hook electronically, causing the front desk to be notified.
