Optic Ear is an eyeglass hearing aid designed for use by individuals with farsightedness and mild hearing loss. It consists of reading glasses in a light spectacle frame with a listening assistance device mounted in front of the slender temples. It is available as mono with one module in the right or left temple, or stereo with two modules, one in each temple. The hearing aid has one three-level switch (medium, high, off). The reading glasses are available with lenses in four diopter steps (+1.00, +1.50, +2.00. +2.50), or prescription lenses can be fitted by an optician. The temples have spring hinges and are available in different lengths to fit the user. POWER: Uses standard hearing aid battery 10.
