The Franklin Money Identifier is a voice output paper money identifier designed for use by individuals who are blind or have low vision. This machine identifies a U.S. paper bill from any angle or position above the bill. The user holds the device approximately five inches above the bill, and it can identify all current and recent U.S. bills, up to $100. Verbal results are announced in either English or Spanish through the built-in speaker or earbuds. The device comes with earbuds, a lanyard, and audio instructions on CD.
