Dragon Search is a voice input program and voice input text editor program designed for use by individuals with spinal cord injury or upper extremity, vision, or learning disabilities. The user launches Dragon Search, taps the red button in the middle of the screen to start recording a search phrase, and taps the “Done” button when he/she is done speaking. The program also allows the user to type the search text in the search box instead of speaking. The search phrase will be displayed in the top text box with results displayed in the result pane. Search results come from various websites and content sources including: Google or Yahoo (depending on default settings), YouTube, Twitter Search, iTunes and Wikipedia. Dragon Search features automated speech recognition and localization updates. A horizontal toolbar enables access to alternative search sites, and search queries can be modified and corrected using a list of alternative suggestions. Available languages include English, Chinese, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean and Spanish. COMPATIBILITY: For use with the Apple iPhone, iPod Touch and iPad. SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS: Apple iOS 4.0 or later.
