The DADC 500 Manual Push Pull is a hand control designed for use by individuals with mobility disabilities, spinal cord injury, or upper extremity disabilities, including limited range of motion. It is designed for drivers who like the traditional push/pull handle. The user pulls the handle to control the accelerator and pushes it to apply the brakes. The DADC 500 Manual Push Pull features quick, light action and smooth response to the user's motions. It fits a wide range of vehicles with little or no cutting to the dashboard, and its self-lubricating components eliminate maintenance and squeaks. Pedals and cruise control remain fully functional when the hand control is installed. It mounts on the either side of the steering wheel. All fasteners and major parts are made of high-strength stainless steel. It can be tailored with a mix of metal, wood or paint to compliment any car's interior.
