Dining with Dignity - Set #3: Fork, Spoon, & Knife is designed for individuals with limited upper extremity strength and coordination as a result of a spinal cord injury, multiple sclerosis or tremors.  It provides someone with limited hand dexterity the means to comfortably grip and manipulate conventional silverware.  There is an adjustable 2-ring assembly for the thumb and index finger to hold utensils on the hand.  It can be adjusted to suit the size of any hand with the adjustable rings of the silverware.  It can restore self-sufficiency to those who currently rely on others for help in eating.  Dining with Dignity works well regardless of the individual's hand or finger strength, mobility or dexterity.
