Take-n-Slide is a dose tracker designed for people with neurological or cognitive disabilities to help them keep track of whether they have taken a particular medication and when they have taken it. The Take-n-Slide features a plastic panel that sticks on the side of the user's pill bottle that has plastic switches that slide from left to right. The user slides over little switches to indicate if they have taken a particular medication. The seven-day tracker begins with Sunday morning. The user takes the medication and slides the switch over to the right so they know that they have taken their medication.
