Technical Specifications: 
Step One: Gather materials.
  • A 2-cup measuring cup.
  • Scissors.
  • Two straps of ribbon.

Step Two: Cut off the bottom of the 2-cup measuring cup.

Step Three: Cut off the handle and upper part of the tube.

Step Four: Cut slits about an inch below the upper part of the tube.

Step Five: String the ribbon through the two slits.

Step Six: Use.
