The Janus Slate is a plastic interline slate with stylus designed for people who are blind or have low vision that allows for 11 lines of writing. The11-line slate has 19 cells per line, allowing a user to write on both sides of a standard 3 inch by 5 inch index card without having to remove the card from the slate. It is closed on three sides, and one of the 3-inch sides is open and notched for easy insertion of the index card. A small hole in one corner of the slate allows the user to attach the included Saddle-Shaped Stylus. The slate is made of durable plastic and measures 5.5 inches by 3.5 inches.
