The Siris Realignment Splint is a finger flexion splint designed for use by individuals with arthritis, hypermobile joints, cerebral palsy, muscular dystrophy, and other injuries or disabilities of the fingers. Made of sterling silver, these double-loop elliptically-shaped splints are designed to correct lateral deviation, flexion reducible to neutral, or enlarged or fusiform-shaped PIP joints. Available in regular, extra-width, and extra-strength models, these splints can be adjusted by the wearer to allow more flexion or extension. This splint offers the greatest leverage among the Siris splints when the spacer is worn on the side of the joint to correct deviation, but should be used only when the finger has 45 degrees or less of active flexion OPTIONS: Fourteen karat gold or custom sized or dome spacer. SIZES: Based on ring size. A measuring kit and round and oval ring sizers are available.
